Cleaning fee - one time cleaning fee
charged for all stays covers standard
cleaning. Extra fees may be charged if
extra cleaning is required.
Linens fee - we will provide all bedding
and towels. Most quest are more
comfortable using their own linens. If you
decide to bring your own you will need
blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels.
Pet fee - Charged for each pet.
Deposit - Refundable security deposit for
damage sustained due to tenant.
Deposit will be returned within 10 days if
no damage.
